Life is not a bed of roses. Remember when we are in childhood we learn about the classification of sentences? But in real life, we can’t apply those learning properly. When you think before you say you can avoid a 90% blender of sentences. Say, you need a pen. Here you can use two sentences. One is ‘Give me a pen.’ The second is ‘Please give me a pen.’ Can you realize the difference between this sentence? The first sentence is an order, and the second sentence is a request.
#Be sincere about the relationship: If it is a conversation with your friends it can be casual. But if it is your professional life, you have to strictly maintain the sentence that you use. Suppose you are in an HR position in an XYZ company. Your boss notifies you to reply to a mail. You forget to reply to mail in time. Then reply after the deadline ‘I can’t reply on time.’ Realize the mistakes? Here he has to apologize for the late reply. It isn’t a professional conversation. It can create a bad impact on your job.
#Respect Others: Do you know, if you do respect others, you can earn respect. It is like give and take. Always try to maintain a chain of command and respect all the people of your surroundings.
#Thanks Others: When you are trying to maintain the difference between an order and a request you have to learn to say thanks to people that are always helping you and always support you.
