Everyday we meet a lot of people. Some of our friends, some of our colleagues , some of our relatives , neighbours and so on. It is very important to communicate with everyone regularly. But sometimes it is very difficult to maintain regular communication with everyone. Maintain an effective communication you can follow some tips.
1. Make a list: You can make a list of those people who are known to you. You can put the data in a document file/ spreadsheet. Priorities the list who are very important for you to who are less important to you.
2.Call people within 6 months a time: You may have a lot colleagues, some of them lost their jobs, call those people within 6 months at a time.
3.Unexpected gift: You can gift a people at unexpected time. Suppose one of your colleague /friend’s birthday was 1 month ago. For some reason you can’t attend the birthday program. When you meet after this program you can carry a gift for your friend /colleague or send this gift by courier.
4.Smile in your face : At the time when you talk with people make a smile in your face.
5. A Positive attitude: You have to make a positive attitude & also have a tendency to meet new people in every program.
6. SMS: Send SMS in any occasional day like Eid day, birthday, Kris mash day etc.
7. Mail for Feedback : In your any program you can collect the mail address & mail them for feedback for your program.
8.Appriciation :It is very important to make a good communication with others. In a teamwork if one of your team member suggest you for a plan, you can appreciate him /her. Appriciation makes the work more effective.
9. Thanks: It is very important to thanks those people who helped you.
10. Make a tour: You can arrange a tour with those people who are very known to you.
11. Update the list after 6 months : Update the list who are known to you , after 6 months.
12. Help others: If it is possible for you, help others.
13. Respect others : Always respect other people. If you don’t respect people you can’t get proper respect.
14. Respect Other Time: Respect others time. If anyone give you a time, you have to utilize the time properly.
15. Maintain Chain of Command : You have to maintain the chain of command.
If you follow these tips you will make an effective communication with people.
