A Quality Circle is a team of employees doing the same or comparable job that gathers periodically to discover, evaluate, and resolve problems connected to the task. There are at least three members and a maximum of 12. A quality circle is a collaborative leadership method that provides individuals with aid in resolving their particular job challenges. Circles consist of personnel who work together in an activity to debate quality issues and creating good methods at periods. They talk about problems.
