Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs, commonly known as YSSE, is known for its contribution towards the youth of Bangladesh. YSSE seeks youth development and inspires them to stand on their feet all by themselves. As a great contributor to the society, YSSE is always active in collaboration and teaming up with other organizations to expand their reach and goals. A recent MoU signing took place as YSSE looks forward to collaborating with “Selopia”, a versatile IT consulting and software development company. Both the presidents were present in the MoU signing to share their future goals and showcase how they can be beneficial for each other. Finally, they signed the agreement to make the MoU official between the organizations. (A memorandum of understanding is an agreement between two or more parties outlined in a formal document. The MOU can be seen as the starting point for negotiations as it defines the scope and purpose of the talks.)
Selopia focuses on catering to the needs of SME and corporate business holders with a view to help clients make the most of digital technologies to innovate for their growth. Its core product targets to be a completely affordable and doable virtual platform for entrepreneurs who own business from micro to macro level. YSSE has a similar targeted audience of young entrepreneurs who are willing to work for the betterment of the country. Both the organizations have the visionary goal to earn peoples’ trust by their good works, not any economic benefits. This visionary match will definitely play a vital role in the success of this collaboration.
Interestingly, YSSE has a sub-branch of YSSE Information and Technology which delivers quality IT-related support to clients. That makes the agreement ever so strong as Selopia also works on IT and software development. So, a good portion of their works match too which means they can help each other directly in achieving their goals in the IT sector. This MoU signing looks to be a long-term plan for both the organizations as in this competitive marketplace, the strongest way to shine is by collaborating and keeping a good relation with clients as well as other businesses.
YSSE and Selopia have not announced any official project they are working on together yet. But the MoU signing opens a wide room for negotiation and soon we will be able to see both of these renowned organizations’ names in big projects together. It is exciting to wait for what the future holds, and surely it holds something great when the brightest minds meet and work for the same cause.
