Women entrepreneurship has made a strong contribution in the Start Up economy of Bangladesh. YSSE has initiated an attempt to appreciate the contributions of the rebel ladies every year. ‘YSSE NariUddogtaSommanona, 2018’ aims to address the best women entrepreneurs of our country of the year, 2018 and to honor them for their contribution in the society.On 3rd August, 2019“Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE)”and “Entrepreneurship, Management, Communication & Business Club” organized an eventat Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB) titled “Women as Job Creators, 2019” presented by Igloo Ice cream.

The ceremony started with the welcome speech of Vice President of YSSE, Md. Jabed HossainandPresident of “Entrepreneurship, Management, Communication & Business Club”SayereeBidhun. International award-winning CEO G M Kamrul Hassan was the Chief Guest of the event. Fundamental attributes of soft skills were discussed with many practical example in our corporate life. The Investment Advisor of Startup Bangladesh, ICT DIvison Tina Jabeen;prominent Economist and Former Governor Dr. Atiur Rahmanand Deputy Secretary of Ministry of InformationNooreAlamSiddiquee Zico were present in this delightful inspiring eventas the special. Sidsel Bleken, Ambassador, Embassy of Norway Dhaka, Bangladesh; Soheli Ferdous, Inspector General of Police-IGP (Community Police), PPM; Bibi Russell ,Bangladeshi Fashion Designer and women Entrepreneur; Zara Mahbub, Country Director & CEO at KITC Limited; Ashfaq Zaman,CPA, President of LEAD, Advisor/Mentor of Queen Young Leaders;Almasur Rahman, Author, motivational Speaker, Trainer,  Counselor of East West University andTania Wahab,Proprietor of Tan enlightened the program sharing their story of successful journey and advises for women entrepreneurs. Two panel discussion were held with fruitful speakers namedShagufe Hossain,Founder and Executive Director,Leaping Boundaries; AchiaNila,Founder,Women in Digital; ZaibaTahyya,Founder and CEO,Female Empowerment Movement (FEM); NasimaAkterNisha,Founder&president,Women& E-commerce Forum-WE; Esrat Karim Eve,Founder and Director, AMAL Foundation. FahmidaMishu, Managing Director, Burger e kellafote andRezwanaKhan,General Secretary,Bangladesh Women in Technology andArmin Khan, Founder ofRomoni.xyzshared their interesting experiences of being a self-employed woman. The Executive Director of It’s Humanity Foundation FatemaTuzJohora and Staff Correspondent of Channel 24 Jenia Kabir Shuchonacoordinated the whole panel discussions.
